$10

with Sharon Infante

Calendar Oct 26, 2026 at 2 pm, runs for 1 week

October's focus will be Water, Optimize Health

In this class we will focus on Health Promotion and Lifestyle for wellness optimization.

Through open discussions and actively creating plans for healthier eating and lifestyle, each month will focus on how to begin making nutritional plans and lifestyle choices which we know can be a challenge for us. We hear to eat this, not that. Move this way not that way. This is bad for you. You must do this and go there. Old habits die hard. So where do you begin? Join us monthly and bring a notebook and folder for handouts as Sharon provides coaching to support you in your healthy living plan.

Topics may include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating a personal wellness plan and implementing daily-life changes
  • Detox and the role of water
  • Organ health eating plan
  • Making healthier choices
  • Environment and lifestyle influences
  • Understanding inflammation
  • Sleep, insomnia, and creating new habits for sound sleep
  • The “Dirty Dozen” and “Clean Fifteen” food lists
  • Keys to longevity, stress, mental and emotional  well being and more

What you think you know may have changed: check in and ask questions.

This one day class will meet on Monday, October 26 from 2 - 3 at River House (179 Marine St. in St. Augustine)
