Let’s be real: when it comes to the Holidays, there is an over-abundance of food and not all of it is great for us and our digestive health. A lot of foods during the Holidays are heavy, rich and laden with fat, calories and salt. While that tastes good, that doesn’t mean it is good for us! In this class, I will demonstrate cooking some simple, flavorful and healthy side dishes using whole grains, beneficial herbs and fats to support your digestive system, blood sugar and cholesterol.

James is a Professor of Biological Sciences, Master Herbalist, Natural Wellness Practitioner and Personal Chef with over 20 years of professional and clinical experience.

By focusing on specific, manageable goals—such as increasing physical activity, improving nutrition, and enhancing mental well-being—these strategies empower us to develop healthier routines that can lead to long-term improvements in overall health.
