September's focus will be Dis-eases - Cancer, Environment, Chemicals, Parasites, Optimize Immune Health
In this class we will focus on Health Promotion and Lifestyle for wellness optimization.
Through open discussions and actively creating plans for healthier eating and lifestyle, each month will focus on how to begin making nutritional plans and lifestyle choices which we know can be a challenge for us. Join us monthly and bring a notebook and folder for handouts as Sharon provides coaching to support you in your healthy living plan.
Topics may include, but are not limited to:
- Creating a personal wellness plan and implementing daily-life changes
- Detox and the role of water
- Organ health eating plan
- Making healthier choices
- Environment and lifestyle influences
- Understanding inflammation
- Sleep, insomnia, and creating new habits for sound sleep
