Instructor Dennis Shiels will guide you through a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Sometimes described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity and connects the mind and body. This class can be done standing or seated. Open to all adults 18+ for 5 Wednesdays in May at 1:00.
