Simple Behavioral Change Strategies to Implement Everyday for a Healthier Lifestyle on Monday, December 2 at River House

Small steps lead to great change. Behavioral change strategies are practical, evidence-based approaches designed to help us make small, sustainable adjustments to our daily habits in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle. By focusing on specific, manageable goals—such as increasing physical activity, improving nutrition, and enhancing mental well-being—these strategies empower us to develop healthier routines that can lead to long-term improvements in overall health. Through techniques like mindful eating, establishing consistent routines, and incorporating social support, these strategies encourage positive behavior shifts that promote physical and emotional well-being in everyday life.

This one day class will be held on Monday, December 2 from 1:30 to 3 at River House (179 Marine Street, St. Augustine 32084)

Classes are for ages 18 and up.
