Culinary and Therapeutic herbs have become a mainstay of Modern Mixology, but have a long history of use in healing traditions throughout the world. Just in time for the Holidays, this class will show you how to make your own bitters, elixirs and imbibements to bring your Holiday Hosting game to the next level.

James is a Professor of Biological Sciences at St. Johns River State College, Master Herbalist and Personal Chef.

This one day class will meet on Thursday, November 13 from 2:30 to 3:30 at River House (179 Marine St. in St. Augustine).

For ages 18 and up.
