Instructor Dennis Shiels will guide you through a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Sometimes described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity and connects the mind and body. This 1 hour class is for people who have previuosly taken Tai Chi. Open to all adults 18+ for 3 Wednesdays in December at 1:30.
