An authentic person has been defined as someone who is true to their values, personality, and spirit. They are consistent and they do not try to be someone they are not. Come join us and discover how far on your journey to being an authentic person you have traveled.
Cathy retired from teaching in 2019, having taught everything from preschool to university. She has a master's degree in education and has been very active in teaching adult education courses.
Class sessions will be held on Thursdays, April 3, 10, 17, 24 from 12:30 to 1:30 at River House (179 Marine Street, St. Augustine 32084)
For ages 18 and up.
