St. Johns County Council on Aging

Instructor Dennis Shiels will guide you through a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Sometimes described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity and connects the mind and body.  This class can be done standing or seated.  Open to all adults age 18 and older.  Cost is $25 for four one hour classes every Wednesday in June at 1:00.
