Improve the Quality of Your Life on Thursdays in October at River House
with Karen Ball
Learn how you can improve the quality of your life by giving a little attention to six primary areas of your life. These four classes will include instruction, discussion and practice of selfcare tips you can utiize at home to take back control of the quality of your health.
The series will kick off with general foot care and natural ways to relieve symptoms of chronic foot pain conditions. You will learn self-help reflexology techniques to reduce stress and address functional imbalances of your body, and receive access to a short video on 'waking up the feet'. The remaining classes will explore simple options you can implement in five aspects of your life.
Karen Ball is a board-certified reflexologist and integrative nutrition health coach with decades of experience in clinical practice and teaching.
4-week session will be held on Thursdays, October 13, 20, 27 and November 3 from 12:30-1:30 at the River House (179 Marine Street, St. Augustine 32084)
No class on October 6, class will extend to November 3.
Classes are for ages 18 and up.
