St. Johns County Council on Aging

The Herbal Pharmacy is part of the Introdution to Hebology Series.  Courses do not need to be taken in order.  In this course, we will focus on the therapeutic actions of herbs and how they can be used in the treatment and prevention of common conditions.  Each week we will focus on specific herbal actions. herbs with those therapeutic effects and the wayus in which those herbs can be used from teas to tinctures to tonics.  Ages 18+ are welcome to attend. 

The instructor, James Carucci is a Professor of Biological Sciences at St. Johns River State College in St. Augustine and is a Master Herbalist of over 20 years.
